Why is my sick dog urinating a lot?

Ok, my dog (German Shepherd pure bred, 3 years old) has been sick lately- we noticed he was acting lethargic. Normally, he's extremely hyper- literally runs well over 30 miles an hour. No, I'm not exaggerating. Anyway, we took him to the vet. The vet was taking a long time, and we noticed he wasn't as lethargic as he was before, so we just bought some flea and worm medicine for him, as we've been meaning to get that anyway. However, he was acting lethargic again later, and wouldn't eat. We had to force feed him chicken, his favorite food. He literally steals that stuff off the counter from us, so we were very concerned when he wouldn't eat it. So we visited the vet again, who injected 3 antibiotics and a liter of fluid subcutaneously, giving him a hump on his shoulders where the liquid was. That visit took place today. The vet did a stool test, and found blood and bacteria, no flukes. We didn't do a blood test because of the cost. The vet was concerned about the excessive urinating. We found out my uncle had Moletox, a mole poison, put down the mole holes in the area where my dog goes to the bathroom. We looked up the main ingredient of Moletox, zinc phosphide, but the symptoms of a dog that consumed it didn't seem to match his. Oh, and he did eat his chicken tonight though. Please help, very worried! Thanks!
