iv connected my phone to my laptop via USB cable and i used my phone to go to menu then mass storage then connect but it doesnt make the connection and im trying to find out what is wrong
try to restart the phone, if that doesnt work take out the battery. if that doesnt work. try to connect it to a different computer to see if its the computer. then if all else fails take it to a sprint store to see what they can do
