Why is my Pacman frog hardly eating?

I purchased my pacman frog towards the end of June of this year. He was roughly the size of a half dollar at the time. The first week went by without a hitch. I would offer him a large cricket once a day using tweezers and he would eat it willingly with little coaxing. After that week he seemed to lose interest in what I was offering and eventually refused to eat from the tweezers at all.

I started leaving multiple crickets for him over night, but it is a rarity that any are gone the following morning. Given his small size I thought maybe he was having trouble catching the crickets in his tank (which is a 14 gal tall, but has the footprint of a standard 10 gal), so I put a screen divider in it to keep my frog and the crickets in closer quarters. I even removed most of the stone and wood pieces so the crickets have less places to hide. Still the same results.

I am very worried about him, especially since my brother’s pacman frog (which was purchased around the same time and roughly the same size) is almost twice as big as mine.

Here are my frog’s current living conditions:

-14 gal tall tank with coconut husk substrate that is kept damp but has no standing water within it. Half the tank is covered in Sphagnum moss to help maintain humidity. I mist the moss once per day. My tank used to have a black background on it, but it has since fallen off.

-I generally keep my tank between 75-80 degrees Fahrenheit during the day and 70-75 Degrees at night. Humidity is kept between 70-80% at all times.

-My light source is on a timer to give him 10 hours of UVB light a day.

-He has 2 shallow dishes that receive fresh water daily.

Any suggestions?
