It's been like this since i can remember. Sorry to be gross but it won't just be runny mucus, it's like clumps of it and some of it is hard too. Almost everyday I have to clear my nose out just so I can breathe through my nose. It's not like I have a tiny nose either...so I don't know.
Is this normal?? If not, What is my problem?
I never thought I had allergies but I do have 3 dogs and 2 cats...Not to mention the air is VERY dry in my house and also, my house gets really dusty very easily...
as far as the low immune system thing, I eat pretty healthy and I take vitamins almost everyday-including hair skin and nail vitamins, prenatal vitamins (i'm not pregnant) and Vitamin C tablets. Oh and I take a fish oil about 1-2 times a week. Overall, I'd say i'm pretty healthy...at least I think i am.
