Why is my new Bluetooth PS3 Datel Headset not working?

I brought a new Bluetooth Headset and it took me ages to set it up with the scanning. Now that I have I was hoping to play online with it and it dose not work.

It says "A connection could not be established (800010009)"

I went on Audio Device Stettings and put the Input and Output to the Datel Headset but still no use

PLEASE HELP!
