the engine light is on , when i first start it up it runs very rough sputters and black smoke comes out tail pipe, its only getting about 7 miles a gallon now the engine wash changed and never worked ok since . i cant figer out the vacuum lines there are 2 not connected they are just plug d .what could be causing this to happen i know the o2 sensor is probably bad but that wouldn't make it that expensive on gas .
