Why is my husband is a jerk? so he is not getting anything for father's day?

My son who is 5 is getting my husband a card for father's day. I usually would get him something aswell.
my husband and i are having some issues . so I don't plan on buying anything or getting him a card this year. It will just be an ordinary day.


Would you get your husband something? We plan on separating.
 
PUT THE CHILD'S NEEDS FIRST! A 5 year old IS going to know its Father's day (kinder/school activities, tv etc.). They do know most of the other kids will be giving their Dads a present, and that it is supposed to be a "special day". It will be THE CHILD you hurt with your vendetta against his Dad. You do have a lot of growing up to do.
To answer your question "Would you get your husband something?" its a definite yes, for the child's sake, if not for him.
