I have an HTC touch pro 2, Codename "Raphael" from ATT. The phone tends to get very hot when it is used a lot or when the wireless feature is turned on. Lately however I believe it is over heating completely. When it gets too hot the keyboard stops working and only the touchscreen keyboard can be utilized in programs. It has also begun to not charge when it is hot and only when I've turned it off for a few moments will it charge again. How can I stop this from happening? Is there a software update that I need to download?
