Yeah my google chrome hasnt been working for about a week. It says this

The webpage at http://youtube.com/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
I dont know what happened, but I tried google chrome on my bros computer and it works just fine. I checked the setting (Just clicked restore to default) So.... yea.... and when I click more info about this error, it says Error 10 (net::ERR_ACCESS_DENIED): Unknown error., and i tried reinstalling it, tried restarting, different network.
