Why is my fish fat... i dont get it?

Now i know what the first thing you would think is... shes pregnant. Well shes not. About a week ago she had babies and im thinking it might be from that. But dont their stomachs go back little?
I dont get it i was wondering what causes that.
By the way shes a black molly.
 
mollys can have babies up to 6 months after having there first batch. even without a male in the tank. defo expect more babies.
