Why is my female boxer/lab puppy so aggressive and misbehaved?

My family adopted our female boxer/lab mix puppy, Meeka, when she was only a month or so old, and for the first couple months, she was playful but not rough. Now that she's about six months old, she is growing increasingly aggressive, misbehaved, and is ten times the size she was when we first got her. She is rough and dominating with our other dog (a four year old female terrier mix named Skizzi), playing very aggressively with her, tormenting her, yanking her around by her collar or leash, etc. She also jumps on people and "play bites" too hard. She will chew up/eat ANYTHING she can, such as shoes, any food at all (on the counter put away, in the trash, etc), clothing, cords to electronics, door frames, furniture (the legs of chairs/couches AND the cushions, chewing holes in them and ripping the stuffing out), she even chewed up both my little sister's AND my mother's eye glasses, so bad that they had to buy new ones. We always make sure she has multiple chew toys and bones strewn about the house so it isn't like she has nothing else to chew on. She barks constantly, mostly at night when she wants someone to play with her and we are all trying to sleep. It can sometimes take hours before she calms down enough to sleep. Meeka is also constantly urinating/defecating in the house despite the fact that she is let outside to relieve herself at least once an hour if not more. She also gives no indication that she needs to use the bathroom. Skizzi will whine or run to the door if she needs out, but Meeka does not. We tried crating her at night but she WILL NOT stop barking. Meeka knows she's doing something wrong when she chews things up or has an accident in the house because she will put her ears down and run away as soon as one of us discovers what she's done. We award good behavior w/ treats but nothing helps! She's very smart though. A couple weeks ago, w/ treats and repetition, I taught her to "shake" in mere minutes and she will do it now w/o treats. Help! :(
