Why is my face always a bit dry and just a bit flaky when with makeup? PLUS my

makeup causes me to break out? just my foundation its like i get outta the shower at 5:30 moisturize my face and like 1 maybe 1& a half hrs later i apply primer? TO LATE? idk but then concealer and then its foundation and i have tried l'oreal one and it worked amazing but later expired i only had it for a month so i went out and bought another NEW ONE l'oreal and oh mi gosh guess what? its either expired or I am really f**king bad at makeup! honestly at night or whever im wonderful and my makeup goes on fine but in the morning its liek *sigh* just sad plus i have been told by this boy that my face looks like $H!T and im ugly
