Why is my dog not eating dry food?

She only will eat soft food and her teeth are really strong but dirty.

Try mixing wet food with the dry dog food. Also brush your doggies teeth can help clean them.

You have not mentioned what she does if you leave the dry dog food.
Also, if her teeth are that dirty,get a dog tooth brush and dog tooth paste and start brushing.
