I have an eight month old beagle, and for the past few weeks he is always whining. I go upstairs for a few seconds and he starts to whine right away. Also, every time I come back from a walk with him, he still continues to walk around the house and whine. I try to give him all the attention and play with him but it's not helping. What's happening, and what should I do?
