Why is my dog all of a sudden hiking his leg on me?

I'm 38 weeks pregnant and just this past week my dog has been laying on top of my stomach and then hiking his leg on me. He's a little over 1 years old, but he doesn't hike his leg on my husband, I don't get it, why is he doing this?
 
he is jealous, mad at you cause you are having a new baby. you just need to talk to him soothingly and let him know he is not being replaced.
 
Your dog senses or smells your hormones, sweat vaginal odor (even if you cannot), and pheromones and knows your body scent while the child is still forming. Does that make sense?

he believes that he is dominant over you and he is showing you. its possible with being pregnant he feels that you are the "weakest" on in the family. do obedience training and make him work for everything, pets, food, getting up on the furniture, going outside. at least make him sit for these things and for food make him sit and wait until you say its ok.
 
Dogs were initially pack animals and therefore sees you as a bitch in his pack and in turn feels protective of you in your condition and is trying to send a message to adversaries you are "under his protection."

he probably knows there is a human inside u. he cans sense that just tell him no and push him off- i know that sounds mean but he needs to know u dont like it.
 
maybe he wants to feel the baby kicking??? My dog used to do that when I was 37 weeks pregnant...
