why is my computer making weird noises?

my computer has been weird noises like if it was a tv and the commercials where on. it happens every time i start windows explorer on the first time when i turn it on. i was able to hear one and it was about lysol but sometimes it repeats on the background and im left with speakers filled with 'commercials'. it's only last about 30 seconds and it's only 1 commercial. and also ever its causing my internet to be slow, sometimes the pages don't open and sometimes it displays an enternet error. any ideas or advices would be wonderful
 
are you near any radio transmitting aerial, that could be inducing into you system especially if your on wifi. I Had a customer once who had cordless phones in her house and it was like having music on hold but lived close to an AM radio transmitter aerial, close to same frequency as telephones. Electrified fences can also cause interference. The only thing is to try and filter it out, you may need tech help on that?
