My grandma has charter Internet and I download stuff on it because my Internet is to slow. I went over the first time to use it and it was downloading good at around 1mbyte then next time I went I downloaded some more stuff and it only went between 50-300kbs. And he last few times I went over there it's been the same. How can I fix this? I did the speedtest at speedtest.net.
