My male cat is "marking" his territory around the house lately and our female cat goes over to it before we get a chance to clean it and rolls around in it. Why? Not why does the male urinate? Why does she roll in it? Is that some sort of mating communicating or recognizing his sent or telling other cats that she is "his" too?
