i have a new pioneer deck in my truck with stock speakers and for some reason lately its been cutting out really easy. for example...when i put my turn signal on or turn on my wipers, it cuts out...it also does this if the volumes up only at even half..iv grounded my battery terminals better and it helped for a abit now its worse than ever. its to the point where when it stops the lights on it will just flicker on..then off..then on..then off....could this be my universal harness not wired good or my fuse going bad or what? help much appreciated
