Whenever I accelorate up a hill (mostly on the interstate) my car will jerk like somthing is slipping. My battery light came on and then my car became very hard to turn. I know I might need to add power steering fluid but will that fix the problem? Also, the place I bought my car from said that their mechanic put in a new timing belt, battery and alternator...if this is the case why am I having all these problems now? And is there anything else that could be the problem?
