My brother is on house arrest and it is hooked to the phone so whenever he goes out of range they will call so we had to take caller Id off n call waiting off for this....well every so often it affects our internet and phone the cable internet will not work and the phone has no dial tone and the box just beeps and beeps and beeps how can I fix this so I can have internet? His p.o knows of the problem and knows of he trys to call and its not working the phone is out again.....
