why is my blackberry recieving broken image texts?

i was trying to recieve family pics but the phone wont recieve them from one phone, but from a phone who is the same brand, will recieve it. they show up as the broken image x and i cant seem to find a way to show the image. i just had the new update for the blackberry done. my phone is the blackberry tour
