Why is my beta fish so little?

Okay so I have had this beta fish for almost a year now I think. It is really little and I don't know why. I feed it regularly and I bought that fish and another one at the same time and the other one seems to be growing pretty good, but this one isn't and I don't know why.


Could some one please tell me why my beta fish is so little?
