...especially when/after it rains? I have an issue with my 1999 ford mustang gt 4.6l manual 5 speed, ignition coil on spark plug ignition system meaning no spark plug wires or distributor cap. I have replaced all the plugs and coils but the problem persists. Every time it rains or after it rains my car seemingly misfires. When I accelerate the car staggers and hesitates. My battery and alternator have been tested and are in prime condition. I've checked to make sure no water is getting under the hood or sitting on top of the intake manifold after it rains only to find its all dry! This problem comes and goes. Please help, no general answers, please read everything before you answer, thank you!
