Why is my 1994 ford ranger xlt 4.0 manual trans is slipping?

the cluch is less than 1.5 years old and has bout 20k miles or less since new cluch.. i have bleeded the cluch oil and made no dif! also the cluch only grabs the last eighth of peddle pushing it 2 the floor does nothing you only have to touch it 2 shift? can anyone help? !thanks!
 
since your question was one huge run on sentence that confused me, i am going to make a guess at it...slave cylinder....
 
possible you don't know how to "properly drive a stick it is very easy to wear out a clutch if you abuse it or ride it. but most likely it is a leaking slave cylinder, check clutch master cylinder also
 
clutch needs adjusting or slave cylinder is bad-leaking. Tranny could be shot and slipping on spindles.
