why is limera1n jailbreak removing my apps?

so limera1n jailbreak 4.1 is removing my app when i'm sync. But it removing some of my apps. It doesnt remove Peggel,PVZ,Angry Bird, Cut the rope. IT remove the other apps like Cartoon war 2, Fruit ninja, doodle jump.

I dont understand why it do that. Someone tell me please
