Why is Justin TV laggin all the time for me?

i did disk cleanup disk defrag,,, i have plenty of room on my hard drive and the site where i stream shows and movies is lagging all the time for me.. my comp in new,,, and i never had this problem before,,, what can i do please help,,,! im off on knee surgery leave and watch this site all the time please help me
