Why is Jamie Noble or Funaki never in the WWE games?

they been there along time and I dont ever ecall Noble in one, I think Funaki was in Know Your ROLE,

BUT in 2010 they still got Umaga, JBL, Hardy, and Kendrick but dont have Hurricane, Noble Funaki, Charlie Haas or legends anymore
I know man, and all these formar stars still in it-JBL Umaga, Jeff Hardy, Mr.Kennedy, Brian Kendrick, its ridiculouse
