Why is itunes not letting me put ringtones on my iphone?

i tried to add some ringtones from my sisters computer since my dad deleted itunes on mine. is there any way i could put those ringtones on my phone without deleting the ones i already have?
i dont want to make new ones, i want to use the existing one.
