god, they never point to MS? a pediatric cancer ward, ALS or a child dying from hunger as proof of god?
The "Tinker Bell" argument is "God exists. Just look around, he has manifested himself in so many ways. Look at a flower, a sunset or listen to the laughter of a child and you will see god."
If you believe that god created everything, then god created cancer and allows famine, plague and pestilence and he uses them in the OT as a method for slaughtering multitudes of people.
