I am doing Track... I do Shot Put, Discus, 400 and sometimes 100. I am NOT a sprinter. I do 400m at the Games though. I did it once in one game. I came in 2nd place. I remember my legs where killing me and sereval days after that it still hurt. I didn't see a Doctor. I remember practicing the 100, but when I sprinted no even 30m, I became tired? WHY IS THIS? SHOULD I SEE A DOCTOR? WILL I EVER BE ABLE TO SPRINT AGAIN?
