Called bell canada and was arguing about a fee i was unaware of. I asked repeatedly to talk to the senior rep/supervisor and she would not let me talk to him/her. She said that this fee is non-negotiable. She said the supervisor was standing right beside her so i said "If he is standing right next to you, please get him on the phone" She refused.
Any reason why their reps do not let customers talk to the supervisor?
