if people are intrigued by eugene shadow then they would love me. i can do everything he could and more, but that's not the point. i live in a rural town and unfortunate for me there isnt any kind of freak show i can join to show off my talent. im forced to work a normal job to help make some asshole above me (only in rank that has to do with the job) make more money. i can run under a 4:30 mile, i can run at LEAST 20 miles, i can do 100 pullups both arms, 15 with either arm, 1 pullup with whatever finger you choose, 25 no feet pushups (full planche) 180 pushups without slowing pace 250 before muscle failure, hold my breath for 3 minutes and 12 seconds without pure oxygen, i weigh 150 but i can bernchpress 425lbs 3 times, when i weigh 210 i could benchpress 450 15 times, i can increase body weight without increase of calories, or vice versa. i can submerge myself in ice water and make my body temperature rise and my bloodpressure and heart beats per minute drop. i can relax and drop my beats per minute to 32. but its not about me. i work at this stuff and i dont care to get known. i am still working on improvement. i understand the point to freedom, and if you want something pursue it...but is there still any point left when our current society halts this progression by forcing humans to be robots> there are so many things the hairless talking monkeys believe that halt their progression in evolution .a single human could choose to evolve just by ignoring the constraints that man has brought into life. in the sense that they could rise above by choosing to not be the bitch of THE MAN, or any man for that matter. For instance, i dont care if its bullshit or not: The life span of Noah is said to be a shitload longer than any human lives today. is this because of convienience? moses had to walk a long as time to the desert. your idea of a long walk is anything but the closest parking spot to walmart. or getting out of your car to get food instead of drive through. if you had to walk 40 days and 40 nights through the desert it would change your perception of endurance. sure some people can run many miles....but they are only trying to be the best compared to modern man. even htough your trying to achieve great, why not try to achieve greater? even if you can walk a long distance or run for a long period of time, in biblical times it wasnt an option. to eat ment a 50 mile walk through town or a year of preperation and gardening and hunting. 80 seems like an old age to modern man, but instead of trying to live a long time compared to modern man why not tyr to live a long time compared to any man. HERE IS THE PROBLEM THOUGH, even htough there are those out there who choose to set impossible goals and achieve them everyday....our society is not built around promoting that, or showing that it is possible. all of you robots are devolving and cuasing yourselves to go extinct. when you view 100 years as a long time, and choose to smoke or drink in excess just because you only think it is shacing a few years off your life, in reality that shaves off more, and mentally YOU shave offf more but looking at old age as something that is inevitable. I am 20 years old but i am a mere child.i consider myself a child until i cross 100. i will stay calm and hold a calm heart that will increase the endurance of my life. i understand fitness and health in a way that is common sense to me, but not to others. but i will never be discovered, nor will anyone like me. therefore you all will not witness miracles, nor try to achieve them. you try to accept that it is fate to be a nobody. when people try to have good fitness they go about it wrong. trying for strength only increases the amount of weight you can move and the amount of stress you can put your muscles through. therefore you are aiming for damage to your muscles. you wont see somebody go into the gym and do every exercise with no weight to increase there reps until they can do 1000, and then work there way up to the point that they could lift a normal amount of weight many more times than 10. this pathetic excuse in wokring out in small reps is like trying to get your heart to work really hard in short bursts. it is much better to work it out without putting Heavy strain from the weight, and instead putting heavy strain from the amount of times your muscles have contracted. if it is hard to lift 10 times chances are you didnt start light enough. for instance if you can lift 300 lbs on bench two times, then you can move 600 lbs. so you have a high strength....but chances are you cant take a 45 lb bar and bench press it 100 times. even though you are only moving 450 lbs you will get muscle fatigue before the full set. therefore your endurance is not as high as your strength. it works with any work out. compare your squats to how many squats you can do without weight, or compare your side delt raises compared to just flapping your fucking arms like a bird. start looking at
