not sure but i think its because our immune systems are weaker than animals because we havent been eating dirty things for so long. maybe.
im not sure tbh im just guessing
ive always wondered that too
hope someone gives a good answer

civilization, but so difficult for human? All non-human animals survive without civilization, without agriculture, without industry. Why is it so hard for humans to do the same? Most humans who go off in the woods to survive can't. How do animals get clean drinking water? If humans drink the water in ponds, rivers, creeks, we get sick and die. Why is it so hard for us?

the people you hear about that cant survive have no clue how to gut fish and animals, if you know how to survive its possible. thats something i will do if the new world order comes into roll.

every animal species has their own uniqueness and tolerances to different things.

animals can live off foods, climates, and terrains that their bodies are built for.

a polar bear couldn't survive in the florida heat and a lizard couldn't live in the frozen arctic.

we as humans did live like animals at one time. but since we are the smartest, over time we became more civilized and learned ways to purify water and food and live in more sanitary conditions and are bodies became accustomed to it.

if a human being lived in the woods since birth, his body would be more tolerant to unsanitary food and water and could survive in different types of weather.
