In both Matter Sherer's web comic 'Badly Drawn Kitties' and Jay Naylor's web comic 'Better Days' are a pair of twins, Fisk & Lucy, who (SPOILER ALERT!!!!) end up sleeping together. Over the years, Naylor has amassed quite a number of readers who are adamantly against his work, the incestuous element of Fisk & Lucy's relationship being a fairly common point of interest. Whatever your opinions on incest are or what you consider decent writing to be, their relationship in BD is treated as something both dramatic and problematic. They've only been with each other once, but they both see it as a hurdle to get over, and it's used as a plot device to further develop their respective character growths. But if you look for anti-Naylor threads (and there are a LOT to choose from), you'll see people just complaining about how gross it is, among other things they find wrong with the comic. However, if you look for similar discussions about how Matt Sherer goes about portraying their relationship in BDK (which is more light-spirited, frequent in occurrence, and usually used for a punchline), you won't find anything. It seems that while it's wrong to show these characters in a sexual relationship in BD, nobody cares if the same thing happens in BDK.
Why is it okay in BDK, but not BD?
