2. Very difficult to get all world leaders to compromise with a worldwide aid to help the Earth. Many countries do not have this on their top agenda.
3. A lot of false information is fed to the public about helping the environment. There are things people do everyday that they think is helpful, but they are really hurting. They have no idea because they have been led on. (Recycling is a good example of this)
