Why is it legal to drink alcohol in the back seat of limosines, but not in the back seat of all vehicles?
I thought it was illegal to have...... ANY.......OPEN......ALCOHOL ...... in ANY vehicle?
I heard once,many years ago, that it was ok because; "the back of the limosine is NOT considered part of car"; is this true?
