why is it in every disney movie there is never a mom and a dad?

Have you ever noticed when you watch a disney movie at least one parent and the other died? why is that, i mean if disney is so family friendly you would think they would have both parents.

Also can someone name me a movie where there is both parents and they stay together throughout the whole movie?
