It's "sexism" and not good business to hire men over women for many office jobs in which they (men ) are more productive, don't take as many leaves and breaks (ex. pregnancy) and cause much less inter-office drama?
Bucket - I see your point but are you saying there aren't other jobs geared to women? Like stripping or waitressing? Come on, there are many jobs where women have an advantage and/or men have a much harder time breaking in.
