...say takes 3 hrs to fix? but they was done in 45 minutes yet charged the flat rate , that is a ripoff straight-up let alone the markup on the OEM parts
i still dont care its a rip off 45 minutes of their time is worth 375.00? no there is no excuse for this crap an GM just cost me over a 150 dollars for A shifter an i was lucky enough i could change it myself an when i examined the shifter , i tell you the problem the little piec of plastic that runs inside the shifter tube with the shift knob on it had broke im sure GM bought these by the pound casue their not worth nothing in materials 3 cents maybe but guess what you cant buy that part you gotta buy the 150 dollar part an i read on other sites Gm knows Cobalts have this problem but their pulling a toyota an trying to get out of it like the Prius
