Why is it always me trying to get sex from my boyfriend and never him trying me?

Ive been with my boyfriend for nearly 2 years we stay in our own flat but a year in a half into the relationship he neva seemed to want to have sex with me anymore it was only wen he wanted it which was once a week and then i found out he cheated oan me but this problem started before he cheated oan me or had any contact wiv the otha girl we split up for a while but the i gave him a second chance wen we got back 2gether we were having sex every nite or second nite and we still are but the only problem is it is always me asking him and i dont understand why he neva trys me, i have asked him and he says it is not like that but he has always been like this, Why? it makes me feel not wanted and he told me that hes scared to say no incase i go mad and he also says hes tired and doesnt feel well sometimes if he doesnt want to do it we have spoke about this and he just says its not all about sex and you dont have to have sex to make u feel loved but i think you do, but the main answer i want to know is why is it always me asking for sex and neva him, i feel as if he doesnt want to sumtimes and just does it to shut me up??? give me your answers and advice plz!!
