Why is he acting so weird?

ok so there is this kid that lives in my town. he is a year younger than me so i really don't know him. i have seen him at school a few times and he always seems to look at me or say something weird..he isn't a weird kid he is actually really cute and popular but anyway... i saw him at the mall the other day with my friend and he pointed at me and was like "oh my god its you"...really loud...why?

oh and im sure he doesn't like me lol he is going out with this girl ....haha
