Sunday? "We figured Fox would rather show So You Think You Can Dance than broadcast an honest discussion about health insurance reform," White House spokesman Josh Earnest told ABC News. Earnest was referring to the TV show FOX TV broadcast September 9 instead of the president's speech.

"Fox is an ideological outlet where the president has been interviewed before and will likely be interviewed again," Earnest told ABC. "Not that the whining particularly strengthens their case for participation any time soon."

Isn't it odd, when a Conservative news outlet makes a statement, it's called whining by the Left, yet, were ABC, CBS, NBC et al, to make the same statement and be called whiners by the Right, the Left would immediately rush to the defense of their Leftist news agencies.
All Fox wants, is an interview that is not scripted, where Obama has to answer honestly, something he seems incapable of.
 
1 interview that's it ever on Fox News. Oprah has had more. If the sOcialist really wanted to cross party line and reach out he should contact FOX News Have a high viewership than all other cable news channels combined and beating any 2 "Fringe Media" like ABC, and CBS combined.

Fox Broadcast Network pays for the air time not the Government. If the sOcialist wants to have an Infomercial pay for the time.

Really sOcialists speeches don't give you any information just hype. Does anyone really know how we are going to pay for sOcialist Care, Pay down the National Deficit, What is happening to the TARP Funds when the banks pay them back, No one knows and you know why?

The Press of which the first Amendment was written for is no longer our watchdog but now the lapdog of the sOcialist.
 
I think Obama and his people come off looking really low class and petty. It is very unprofessional. FOX News did broadcast the joint session speech, and actually, had the highest ratings for the speech. More people watched the speech on FOX than the networks, MSNBC, or CNN.
 
Apparently you don't know the difference between Fox News network and Fox entertainment network but I can't blame you for that-the white house doesn't either,It was shown on Fox News [sept.9]and garnered the highest rating . It was a foolish move on obama's part not to appear. Fox news has the highest ratings -more viewers than all the others combined.Why if he is trying (as he said)to dispel the misconceptions over health care reform wouldn't he want to get his message out to the people who he claims "don't understand it.If your intentions are to change minds then take on your opponents not just sing to the choir .Fox never "whined"about it just pointed out the fact period .

Just because the White House doesn't agree with the opinions of Fox News it doesn't lessen the fact that they do report THE NEWS...all of it, even the ugly parts they don't agree with. So Josh can stick it in his pipe and smoke...or better yet stir it up in his kool-aid and drink it.

Fox is trying to get Obama sit down without his telepromter. And people want to see that show, because they can watch the President on ABC, NBC, MSNBC, CNBC, CBS, Local News, CNN, HLN, Oh?and U need FOX Now?
