more than likely the rest is taxes. depending on the tax for cell phones in canada is the amount you will recieve but even $18 sounds like a lot but here in the US its different.
I just bought a plan with Fido for my iphone. They told me they would charge me $35 for activation fee and the $25 plan, which is a total of $60. Why is it $78? I just bought this plan two days ago.
