Why is Ebonics not one of the languages on the instruction manual for my new

external hard drive? I got me a new WD external hard drive and the manual has instructions in 40 languages. It got Hungarian, Slovakian and Farsi, but it don't got Ebonics which is recognized by the Oakland School Board in California as an official language as well as many linguistic scholars. Hey, wuz up?
