Egypt was more peaceful because they were completely isolated from the rest of the world. On one side they had the Sahara Dessert (no one dared to go there) and on the other side they had the Nile. Also, no one ever posed a threat to Egypt so they didn't need to be violent (until the later years of the civilization, during Ramses reign).
