Why is AIM video chat not working?

So last night I did a video chat. I didn't have a camera, so I could only see the person I was chatting with. I got a camera today, which is a Logitech, and now when we try to video IM on AIM, we can hear each other and see ourselves in our own window, but we can't see each other. Is there any way to fix this? Is it a problem with my camera?
