how do i get rid of it? I used only a direct link on a forum and i even deleted the image quite some time ago so why isnt it gone yet?

does it go away eventually when the image is a dead link?
no the source of the image is a dead link and if you click "view full size image it doesnt go anywhere"

only the thumbnail exists
shouldnt it just go away if as soon as googles crawling thing or whatever that goes through sites hits that page again??

Because someone downloaded the image and has a repost or the main website has it in there stored history
