Why in some countries u might go to jail if u deny the Holocaust .. hellooo where is

the freedom of speech !? i just dont understand .. i'm not saying it happened or it did not .. i dont care about that but i really was shocked when i heard that some ppl r in jail becuz they denied it !! where is the freedom of speech .. ppl deny god deny even that we went to the moon ??
