at first i thought that my Sandisk Cruzer with U3 smart drive was the problem... but then, after plugging any flash drives, they all can't be safely removed, saying that "it cannot be stopped right now."
another problem i encounter is that i cannot format my Sandisk flash drive...

i click that green icon... it still cannot be ejected, saying that "the generic volume cannot be stopped right now. try stopping the device later."
